Who we are

Our church’s vision is to plant and grow born again believers in Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit, submitted to God’s Word, in edifying community in Burgaw and beyond for the Glory of God.  

We desire to shine the light of the Gospel in all our words and deeds and be the loving hands and feet of Jesus for the people of Burgaw, Pender county and anywhere else that God would allow us.

We have six core values:

Mission, Vision, Values

We want to see people be born again through faith in Jesus (1 Peter 1:3) and then grow up in maturity in that faith (Ephesians 4:15). Currently we gather as a mid-week lifegroup for fellowship, reading scripture, praying for and encouraging one another. We have a Sunday morning service and we do lots of public outreach events in Burgaw.

Our sending church

We are a group of people from Crossway Wilmington who were commissioned and sent out in September 2021 to plant Crossway Burgaw.

Crossway Burgaw is part of the Crossway Network of churches. The Crossway Network exists to plant and support healthy, reproducing churches and regional networks of churches throughout the world for the Glory of God.
